PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR MEMBERSHIP. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP.
1. Terms & Conditions of Membership
In order to fully utilize the services and benefits of StockTips.com, you will need to register and become a Member. By registering for an account, you hereby warrant and represent to StockTips.com that you are 18 years or older or have legal emancipation through an appropriate court order. You further agree to be bound by the Site Usage Agreement and guarantee that you have read our Privacy Policy and Copyright Declaration. Furthermore, you hereby declare that you have read the below disclaimer regarding Investment Advice. If you do NOT agree to be bound by the Site Usage Agreement then you should leave this Site immediately.
2. Benefits of Membership
We are currently offering two levels of Membership: FREE MEMBERSHIP and PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP. All members will receive alerts regarding our Stock Picks, as well as be able to see our content. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY STOCKTIPS.COM MATERIAL OR WITH ANY OF OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING STOCKTIPS.COM. If you do not agree with these terms, then you should NOT sign up for Membership.
3. Premium Membership
Signing up for a Premium Membership ensures that you take a priority place in the queue for receipt of the alerts which we send out. As we understand that sometimes each second counts, our premium membership holders will be queued first over free membership holders.
4. Alerts
As part of our Membership, we offer to send out alerts to your email address, mobile phone, and/or desktop application regarding both our tips and updates on our site (optional). Email alerts are optional and can be opted out from at anytime by updating your iContact profile (link will be located under Profile’s Basic tab). Mobile phone and desktop alerts can also be opted out from at anytime by inactivating the service in your member profile under the relevant tab, SMS alerts or Desktop Alerts respectively. Only registered users may receive email, SMS, and desktop alerts, and you can select any combination of alert delivery by editing your “Profile”. Alerts are sent out when the StockTips.com team deems them relevant to the cause. Alerts may be sent in the following modes:
They may be to the minute: As tips and alerts are available these will be sent out immediately to you, being queued only according to your Membership type. You will receive the alerts as soon as possible. (relevant for all alert types: email, SMS, & desktop)
They may be Weekly Broadcast: The alerts summarize the week’s activity and update you on overall market conditions, as well as what we have in the works. (email only)
There may be No notifications: If the StockTips.com team has no relevant information to share, no alerts will be sent.
5. How to become a Member
To register, all you will need to provide is your Name and a Valid Email Address. You may also provide us with the following information:
Free members
Mobile telephone number (optional) to receive SMS alerts.
Billing information to verify that you are a real person.
Premium members (get their alerts queued first)
o Mobile telephone number (optional) to receive SMS alerts.
o $199.00 membership fee (discounted to $97 for a limited time, which may end at anytime) payable through ECSuite where you will be required to provide a valid billing address for credit card payment.
Upon registration an encrypted password will be sent to the email address you provided along with a registration confirmation link. To complete the registration, you will need to click on the confirmation link (or copy and paste the URL into your browser) in order to activate the account. We do this in order to verify your ownership of the email account. You may change your password at anytime under the edit profile password tab. If you ever forget your password, you will need access to the email address you used to register to receive a new encrypted password.

6. Membership ONLY available from StockTips.com
IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR PASSWORD AND CONFIRMATION LINK FROM STOCKTIPS.COM., OR IF YOU PROVIDED FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION IN ORDER TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE SITE, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS SITE.
If StockTips.com authorized you to access the Site and provided you with a password, we grant you a revocable, non-transferrable, non-exclusive right to Membership according to the terms and conditions set forth herein and the Site Usage Agreement. This license agreement has been granted to you subject to your agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Membership, the Site Usage Agreement and any other rules, procedures, policies, terms or conditions governing the Site which may be displayed from time to time on the Site and to which Members will be bound.
7. Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to turn down the application of any registrant for Membership, without having to give an explanation as to why Membership was not granted.
8. Forgot your password?
If at any time you forget your password, you can click on the Forgotten Password link. This link is present in the log in window located in the head and also appears on the member log in page and on the log in error page. Clicking on the Forgotten Password link will bring you to a page where you should enter your email address and we will send you a new encrypted password to your registered email address. As our system encrypts Members’ passwords, we are not able to resend your original password, which is why you will need to reset it. If you have not received this email within a few minutes, you may need to check your folders or spam filters.
9. Membership Rules
Prohibitions: You shall not copy, modify, reformat, download, store, reproduce, reprocess, transmit or redistribute any data found herein or use such data in a commercial enterprise, without obtaining the prior written consent from StockTips.com.
10. Market Information
This Site provides stock market information, which includes: stock value Charts with complex quotes including relevant news, filings, and multimedia (if available) for featured companies; and a blog which discusses overall market status from the perspective of the StockTips.com team. The site has been built from the ground up to give Members transparent, independent, accurate market data and outlook. We provide compiled data from one source (Yahoo! Finance), in order to provide a clear picture of what we feel our members need the most to make refined choices when trading in the volatile world of penny stocks. The content on this Site is subject to change at any time without notice, and is provided for the sole purpose of assisting traders to make independent investment decisions, which are not solely based on the information provided. Our stock quote set-up provides you with reliability and transparency as best we are able. We have taken reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site, however we cannot guarantee its accuracy and will not accept liability for any loss or damage which may arise directly or indirectly from the content or your inability to access the website, for any delay in or failure of the transmission or the receipt of any alerts sent through this website. Our system may suffer as long as a 15-minute delay on quotes, so you should not rely solely on the information provided on this site, but rather should consult your broker or other sources for to-the-minute market prices.
11. Markets & Session Times
We provide information regarding the US stock markets. The open/close times of each trading session are 9:30 a.m./4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Please note that these times may be affected by daylight savings time.
The information provided by us is of a global nature, and therefore we are not linked or limited to an official market or market hours. The sessions that we have provided information for are those based on the general use of our customer base.
Members should note that all markets are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, but depending on which country and time zone their account is held in, the opening and closing for that firm may vary. It is also important to note that the liquidity of a stock will depend on which stock market it is traded in, which may differ from where your account is held.

The source of information and the charts is provided through the following sources:
News, filings, quotes and Charts: provided by Yahoo Finance API
Company summaries, multimedia and blogs – the StockTips.com team.
We do not verify the accuracy of the data provided to us, and disclaim any obligation to do so. We expressly disclaim the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any data so provided and shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or other defects in, delays or interruptions in such data or for any decisions or actions taken in reliance thereon. We will not be liable for any damages relating to your use of the information provided on this Site, as you should verify all prices and data through your Broker. All data and information is provided “as is” for informational purposes only, and is not intended for trading purposes or advice. You should consult your broker before executing any trade.
13. Stop Loss & Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will StockTips.com be liable for any loss or damaged caused by your reliance on information obtained through this Site or alerts sent out to Members. Furthermore, should you fail to use a broker that has a Stop Loss feature, or where your broker’s fees are greater than the gains made in each trade, we accept no responsibility for your losses. It is your responsibility, and you hereby hold us harmless and indemnify us against any liability, to investigate the fee structure and the stop-loss features which are available to you and to ensure that these are appropriate to your investing capacity. You are responsible to set the stop-loss at a price that you can manage losing if the market price on a recommended stock goes down and you sell at a loss, as well as for any losses so sustained.
